What we collect

Calculator runs: anonymous inputs (monthly spend, workload type, tech level) and computed verdict. No name, email, or account required.

Newsletter signups: email address and consent timestamp.

Assessment intake: name, email, self-reported AI tools and spend, workload types, and free-text responses. Used to deliver your assessment.

Pack purchases: email collected by Stripe during checkout. We receive the email from Stripe to send delivery. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use it

• Calculator runs are aggregated anonymously into a benchmark dataset.
• Assessment data is used to deliver your assessment and, in aggregate anonymized form, may appear in future benchmarks. Individual customers are never identified.
• Newsletter email is used only to deliver AI Cost Watch issues. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Standard processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting). Each is GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

To access, correct, or delete your data, email scruuge@ekow.co. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Analytics

We use PostHog (anonymous session analytics) and Vercel Analytics to track funnel events (calculator completions, pack purchase starts). No PII is captured by these tools.
